Counselling

Counselling can help support people to make change, increase awareness of self, or explore ways to cope with change or challenges in their life.

The first task is for your counsellor to get to know who you are, what makes you unique and what your story is. 

The next step is to explore your needs and potential strategies to help you meet those needs.

Have you got some anxiety or low mood? Maybe you are struggling with a relationship: family, friend, peer, or work colleague. Are you stressed or overwhelmed?

Together we will work out the strengths you already possess and any new skills, behaviours or thinking patterns you would like to build on.
